Wendy's- Lunch and dinner, sandwiches for 99 cents. Choose from the crispy chicken, Jr. bacon cheeseburger or Double stack. Round out the meal with fries and drink for just over $3.00.

IHOP- is offering all you can eat pancakes with the purchase of any breakfast combo.

Tim Hortons- Breakfast deal starting at $1.35. Right now you can pick up a breakfast sandwich for only $1.35 or a full breakfast combo can be had for $2.29 including a sausage biscuit sandwich, your choice of hash browns or a donut and a coffee!

Dunkin Donuts- Breakfast, $3.99 flatbread sandwich. Their breakfast combo comes with a 300 calorie flatbread sandwich and a medium coffee is $3.99. Or you can now get a latte for 99 cents.

Starbucks-Breakfast value meal starting at $3.95. The first combo includes a latte and the choice of oatmeal or a coffee cake while the second combo includes a coffee and one of four breakfast sandwiches.

Denny's -Breakfast for $4.00. Weekday Express Slam from 5AM to 4PM Monday through Friday. This "Serious" breakfast comes with 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 2 bacon strips and 2 sausage links and partners with coffee for a great breakfast deal.

Bob Evans-Lunch and dinner starting at $5.99. Bob Evans is already offering knife and fork sandwiches as well as its newly famous deep-dish dinners that kick off at $5.99.

Ruby Tuesday-Lunch or dinner, burgers starting at $5.99.

Hooters- Lunch and dinner, $5.99. Hot on the heels of their $1 draft beer bailout Hooters is offering an economic stimulus package full of wings. Every Wednesday Hooters will offer a 10 piece Boneless wing combo served with a side of fries and a roomful of delightfully tacky décor all for only $5.99. Apparently you are going to Hooters for the wings -- or at you should be!


Arby's Quizno's and Subway- For the most part, Subway has led the battle with a slew of $5 foot-longs and a rotating menu of 6-inch subs for $2.50. Not to be outdone, Quiznos has fired back with $2.99 subs and raised the stakes with low-priced Sammies. Arby's was a late comer to the toasted sub war but fought back with $5 combo meals that are often cheaper than its rivals for a full meal.
